Full service customers and self service customers have slightly different needs. Because of this, the response count tracker works differently. For example, only self service customers can delete responses.
Simply select a survey to see the number of responses (questionnaires with at least one answered question) per day. The list is always up-to-date and sorted by day in reverse order. Once a respondent has started to fill in a questionnaire, he is already counted.
If there is a question where respondents pick one category out of a given list, you can break down the response count based on a selected question.
Deleting individual responses
Sometimes it is necessary to delete a certain response, for example because a respondent has accidentally answered twice. In such cases, you need to establish the respondent ID by looking at a raw report. Once you know which respondent ID needs to be deleted and when the response was entered, you can click on a date to see all responses with time and respondent ID and delete it.
