You can see results for any question in real time, immediately after they have been entered by respondents. Numerical data are visualized with diagrams. 2. Select a Question and Date Range.
Once the survey is selected, pick a question from the drop-down box. By default, the date range is set such that it includes all answers for the selected survey. If you would like to view only data for a certain day or number of days, you can restrict the date range. 3. View Results
The results for numerical data or selections are shown as bar diagrams. If one question has more than one element, e. g. a selection out of which each respondent can choose one value and also a scale, multiple diagrams will be generated for that question. Free text answers are simply listed as bullet point list, with one response per bullet point. 4. Optional: Create equivalent Excel Diagrams For each diagram, a link to a CSV (comma-separated values) file is provided that can be used for quickly creating an equivalent diagram in an external program such as Microsoft Excel. This way, you can format the diagram according to your taste, and you can easily insert it in a PowerPoint presentation, Word document or something similar.
