Every questionnaire consists of one or more sections containing questions. Respondents always see one section at a time. Creating a section or question

Click on the "new" icon to create a new question or section. There is one "new" icon for sections at the bottom of the questionnaire, and a "new" icon for questions at the end of every section.
If you want your new section or question somewhere other than at the end of the questionnaire or a section, you can move it after creating it. Editing a question or section

To edit a question or section and its properties (scales, choices etc. for questions, respondent instructions for sections), click on the pen icon next to it.

| After clicking on the "edit" icon, the properties of the question or section are shown.

Moving a question or section up or down

Simply click on the "up" and "down" icons to the left of questions or sections to move them up or down by one step. Moving a question or section to a far-away position

If you would like to move a question or section to a different position in a long questionnaire, it can be too much work to do it step by step using the up or down icons. In such cases, you can use this icon.
After clicking on the icon, a drop-down box with all questions (or sections if you are moving a section) will be shown, and you can pick the one after which you want to insert the moved question or section. This way, you can move questions or sections far with just a few mouse clicks. Duplicating a question or section

Click on the "duplicate" icon for creating a copy of a question or section. This is especially handy for questions with complicated properties (scales, choice boxes etc.) that are the same for many different questions. When you duplicate such a question, all that is left to do is to change the question text of the copy. Deleting a question or section

Just click on the wastebasket icon to delete a question or section. For safety reasons, you will be asked whether you really want to delete the item.
