Aggregated Results

After defining Question Groups, you can view

the aggregated distribution of answers for all questions in the question group and
percentages of answers above or below a given threshold.

If there is at least one question in the questionnaire where respondents can pick one category out of a given list, you can also view

percentages of answers above or below a given threshold, separately for each category, and
averages of answers in the question group, separately for each category.

Selecting a Survey, Question Group, and Date Range

Select a survey and a question group from the drop-down boxes. By default, the date range is set so that all responses are included. You may restrict this if you want to see answers only for a limited time period.

Aggregated Answer Distribution

The aggregated distribution shows the number of responses for each scale value, along with the percentage. If the question group contains questions with inverted scales, this is taken into account before calculating the aggregated distribution. For questions with an inverted scale, the top scale value is counted as the bottom one and so forth.

Percentage of positive/negative answers

This chart shows the percentage of answers above or below a given threshold for every question in the selected question group. You can modify the threshold by using the drop-down boxes above the chart.

Answers for questions with inverted scales are not inverted for this chart since the questions are not inverted either.

Cross Tabulation

If there is at least one question in the questionnaire where respondents choose one category out of a given list, you can pick one of these questions as the basis for cross-tabulation.

Two charts are shown:

Percentages above or below a given threshold: Use this to get an overview of how the positive or negative responses are distributed over the categories. The threshold can be set by you. It is the same threshold that is also used for the chart showing percentages of positive and negative answers per question.

Averages: Shows the average scale values for every category.

Both charts are sorted, and both charts contain the overall average. Therefore, you can quickly see who is above and who is below average, and by how much.
