The process for full service surveys is:

	You send us a draft version of your questionnaire (as plain text file, in Word format, as Excel file or similar).
	We put your questionnaire online.
	You can review the online questionnaire.
	If necessary, we make adjustments.
	We provide you with a link for answering the survey. You distribute this link to your respondents.
	We collect responses. During and after the whole answering period, you can get reports (PDF files with graphs) at any time. You can generate them yourself with a few mouse clicks after logging into your account. Optionally, you can also get raw data in the same fashion. Because those raw data decrease the respondents' anonymity, you can opt for them not being available to you.

Your survey can be open for answering within two or three days after our first contact, depending on the complexity and size of your questionnaire.

You can settle your bill by transferring money to a German, Dutch, or British bank account. Payment by credit card (PayPal) can also be arranged.
